Molly Taylor, owner and executive chef has over 11 years of experience in the restaurant and caterng industry. She graduated from the renowned “Culinary Institute of America” in Hyde Park, NY in 2002. Molly has been an integral member at “Adam’s the Place for Ribs” for 11 years and has been the director of Black Diamond Catering for the past 5 years. While there, she has had the opportunity to work under Master Chef Tony Seta through Perdue Farms helping to prepare test menu items. She also traveled to “The Culinary Institute of America Greystone” in Napa Valley, CA where she participated in an Advanced Mediterranean Cooking class.
