Oriental chicken breast served on a bed of baby spinach tossed with fresh mandarin oranges, candied walnuts, red onion and cherry tomatoes. Served with crispy lavash bread.

A fillet of salmon seared and finished in the oven with a pommegranate terriyaki glaze.  Served atop an oriental salad with crispy lavash bread.

Three Cheese Pizza.....$7.99

Fresh pizza dough topped with fresh marinara sauce, mozzarella, provolone and pepper-jack cheese.

Seafood Pizza............$8.99

Fresh pizza dough brushed with basil pesto and topped with baby shrimp, crabmeat, diced tomatoes and finished with mozzarella cheese.

Fried Tomato & Crab Napolean

-pan-fried tomatoes layered with lump crabmeat in a spicy remoulade.

Bacon & Bleu Cheese wrapped filet bites

-miniature tenderloin medallions wrapped with crumbled bleu cheese and apple-wood bacon.

 

ENTREE:

Horseradish encrusted Fish

-served with a spicy remoulade.

Goat Cheese & Herb encrusted Tenderloin Filet

-finished with a balsamic glaze.

 

 

In the spring & summer months outdoor dining will be offered in the garden area as well as on the sidewalks overlooking downtown Salisbury. Molly and the staff look forward to seeing you there!
